Samolin-Aha bread is made up of the Semolina which is a fine-textured flour that is made up of durum wheat(which is used, mainly, to make dried pasta). Semolina has a nutty undertone that gives the bread a golden hue that’s very welcomed. This bread is a given a touch of crusty sesame that gives a wonderfully crunchy texture and nutty flavor to the soft semolina inside.
The main ingredients that are used to bake the bread are Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour, salt, and olive oil.
How to Store:
The bread must be kept in a closed bag and in a cool, dry place like a bread box or on a counter and must be refrigerated within 24 hours of receiving the bread.
